It's been two and a half months since we broke ground at The Garden. . . and the fruits of our labor are mighty fine indeed! Since that first weekend in May, we've harvested many pounds of produce. The inaugural year at The Garden is coming along better than we could've hoped. Within a very short period of time our very first tomato began to bloom. We called her ROMA. Well, Roma's life has gone full-circle; from PLANT to PLATE. Bon Appétit!
